I plan on living off-campus near the South P area. Which is the better option for commuting to and from campus, a bike or an electric scooter? I am particularly concerned about which option is safer in rainy or wintry (black ice, snow, salt) conditions along the Paul Simons Memorial Bike Path. Thanks!
