My electrician friend just showed me some cable he had to rip out of a house after he had just installed it all. He bought rolls of 2.5mm from a wholesaler and after install, he realised the earth cable was actually green and orange instead of green and yellow.

I'm generally curious about whether this is recall worthy due to requirements and compliance for wiring.

Cable is Tycab 2.5mm

I work at a company that also stocks the same brand (I'm currently checking all of ours to make sure none of ours have it) but like I'm really curious (and hoping this post won't get me in trouble lol)

Update: My company was notified as soon as the electrician brought it in, and are now contacting Tycab with the information :)
