Anyone have any experience on getting the wrong size shipped to them and hopefully swapped or return / refund? Ordered what showed as the last XXL Solid Black jacket off the NYC store site and received an XL but it just ain’t cutting size wise in the chest. Emailed the store but haven’t heard back and will probably call after work. Since it’s limited hoping for a refund rather than store credit if they don’t have the XXL anymore.
