Does this mean that power profile does not support my hardware

I installed CachyOS a few days ago and decided to test battery life today. I noticed that KDE's Power and Battery settings shows "Power profiles are not supported on your device," yet I can still set power profiles via CLI using powerprofilesctl. Is this okay?

My notifications are still there even though I removed them from the sidebar. Is there an additional setting I need to adjust to remove them from the Notification Center?
