High quality evidence re: postcoital urination prevents UTI?
I’m a medical researcher and have done my best to try and find high quality data that show peeing after sex can effectively prevent UTIs in women. I tried finding an urology subreddit but I don’t think one exists.
Try as I might, I have found nothing. Is this a well-believed myth? Please lmk if you have any sources. Links appreciated. Thanks!

Is this arthritis or something else?
Species: Canine, beagle/poodle mix
Age: 6.5 years
Meds: flea/tick/worm oral preventative
History: my dog has rare episodes of limping on her back legs for a few minutes. The vet thinks it’s her kneecap popping out and back in which freaks her out. The vet recommended starting her on a joint supplement, which is in the mail.
This morning she had this episode which I’m not sure if this is related to her joints, or something else. She seemed painful, shaking, muscles tight around her belly and butt, and lifting her front and rear paws. Video attached. Is this consistent with joint disease or is this separate issue? Thank you so much.
