Hi guys,
My rental contract ends at 12:00 pm this Saturday. I tried to return the car at 3:00 am, 9 hours earlier, through the Express Return kiosk. The rental car place opened from 9 am to 12 pm, but it’s now 9 pm and the website still shows that the car hasn’t been returned. Has anyone had this experience and any advice?

I’m considering a 7-day road trip in Austin in August. I’ve attached my current itinerary, which is as follows:
- Day 1: Austin to OKC to Little Rock
- Day 2: Little Rock to Memphis
- Day 3: Memphis to Nashville
- Day 4: Nashville to Atlanta
- Day 5: Atlanta
- Day 6: Atlanta to Montgomery to Pensacola
- Day 7: Pensacola to Austin
I’ve driven many road trips before, so driving isn’t a problem for me. However, I’d like to know if I’m missing out on any places or if I should change or remove any cities and visit another city or a nature destination instead. I don’t mind taking detours, but some members in my group can’t hike too much. Otherwise, everything is good. Thanks in advance!
