Hi, I live in Thailand Bangkok and would like to know if it would be better to buy a CPO 2021 Taycan4s vs a 2023 Taycan from a dealer? Assuming the price is about the same

Do I assume that the 2023 will still have warranty or I can buy a warranty from Porsche?

Also if anyone has any thoughts on driving a Taycan in Bangkok, please share. Thanks
