Hi everyone, I’ve been on mounjaro for 4 months now. I’m currently on my second month of 7.5mg. I’ve only lost 3 pounds in 4 months!

I don’t eat like before. I’ve cut out sugar and bread,fried foods and use the treadmill for 30 mins a day but still haven’t seen any difference.

What am I doing wrong! I’ve spent nearly £1000 already on the medication and it ain’t working… any tips
