How do you not have toxic food and polluted nature which harms humans without government regulations?

Ancaps always say the "invisible hand" will take care of any problems they are presented with but w/o any regulations its clear that companies will use cheaper ingredients and loosen up/scrap quality control. The clearest and most recent example i can think of is the FDA under trump loosening regulations and listeria outbreaks because of it. Another that comes to mind is the mad cow disease that happened in the 90s. And without even thinking about how the market will react, if there is no investigative body to search the source of it, and the fact that it takes years for it to show any symptoms, how can anyone find out where exactly they got the disease and not spend their money there, thus making that business bankrupt? The nature part is even simpler because we are seeing climate change happening in front of our very eyes. And the people arent voting with their wallets to not buy from companies polluting the planet even tho we know that climate change caused by pollution will very soon end human life on earth. And we know that companies have no problem with polluting the planet. TL;DR
A-How can people know who is selling toxic food when there is not an investigative body to find out the source
B-How can the invisible hand(which is the free market, made of people) protect nature we absolutely need, when it isnt part of the invisible hand?

Why was glados mean to chell for trying to kill her when she tried to kill chell first

She just wouldnt stop being mean to chell for trying to kill her the whole game meanwhile she tried to kill chell first. Its not like chell just wanted to kill her too she killed her to escape. Imo her being bitchy had no reasoning.
