So I got the same message from Insta360 when I tried to activate my Go Ultra out of the box. Customer service denied unlock without producing ANY PROOF! They say their protecting the "ORIGINAL OWNER'S RIGHTS" What proof do they provide? NONE! I am forming this group to initiate a CLASS ACTION FOR MARKETING AND SELLING A PRODUCT THAT THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT! All in favor sign up!
