What is the best order to read the manga series? Including the Main series, Novels, and all of the spinoffs? Preferably in chronological order (not with chapters but rather with volumes)

I've already seen the anime and want to read the manga but am lost with the order.

I'm importing MOBI files of a manga series and every page past the Cover page is blank.
Is there a way to fix this?
