Tenants Problems

Guys, I have an problem that I'm not sure how to deal with. An lawyer with the lawsuit is already pending. I know reddit is probably not the greatest place for advice but I'm bummed.

My tenant's lease expired March and they won't leave. They damaged my walls by drilling into a 3x3inch hole 4 inches deep and called 311. They came and said its lead positive.

They also brought in a child under the age of 6 from god knows where. They didn't have this kid like 3 months prior so I am assuming newborn? They use to inform me if repairs are needed or if something is broken and I would come and have it fixed on that week. Now they won't tell me when things are broken.

I notified them a week in advance that an EPA certified tech is coming on the weekends to encapsulate the wall and they didn't respond. They wouldn't let him in either but they would let the 311 inspector come in, an hour later.

Now I am getting new violations on HPD about mice and roach infestations? All of a sudden? The lawsuit of getting them evicted is dragging on and they won't pay rent. They also won't remove their child from the room that has been tested positive for lead.

What do I do??

Edit: Now they want compensation for their family's illness and wants $10k? They told me over text just now. 0,o

Hmm: I wonder why the downvotes? Did I do something wrong?
