Everything I’ve done has not changed the sound . Any idea what’s wrong w it? I just got it in February. It’s a Bissel power drive swivel, I also think I’m missing a piece on the side because the side house does not fit into anything and stay put. And it sounds like a lot of that noise is coming from that hose part. I did have to get a replacement because the first one I received broke right out of the box, so this is a replacement model, wondering if they forgot a piece or something. Help
