
Just wrapped up an 8 week Rad cycle, transformation included
Sup everyone. 22 years old, 5'10 been training pretty consistently for over 4 years natural and decided yknow what fuck it ima take some rad cuz why the fuck not. Ordered a shit ton of liver supps such as nac, milk thistle and tudca. also heart health supps such as citrus bergamot and fish oil. Ate roughly at maintenance calories/very slight deficit the whole cycle bc i'm already a fat fuck and don't need to be getting more fat than i already am.
Did precycle bloodwork everything came back perfect. For 4 weeks i took 10mg rad daily, got some crazy strength bumps and pumps in the first few and was adding about 5 lbs roughly to my working sets on bench every week. Didnt see much actual muscle growth until i bumped up the dosage to 20mg daily after week 4. Did my bloodwork around this time and everything came back pretty fine again, liver and lipid markers came back slightly worse but nothing scary. (I also was taking enclomiphene at 6.25mg a day and it seemed to keep my balls up and running the whole way through, didnt feel any signs of suppression whatsoever)
From this point on every single week i was able to notice new veins appearing, crazy fullness and vascularity, along with additional consistent strength jumps. At the end of it all, I added about 10-20% more weight for the same amount of reps to most of my lifts.. for example my bench one rep max increased from 275 to 320. (Bodyweight went from 191 lbs to 187 lbs)
Haven't gotten my after cycle bloodwork done yet but will soon. Currently cruising off of the enclomiphene and letting it run for several weeks. Also planning on going on a cut to get rid of the fluff im holding onto.
