How do I stop associating this game with someone I no longer speak to?
Hi all,
In a bit of a weird headspace with this so I thought I’d ask reddit.
A few years back, my friend group collapsed after a bunch of drama and I found myself losing people that had been in my life for years. With one of those friends, who I was very close to, we bonded over our love of video games and he introduced me to his favourite franchise (Tales of- series).
We played through most games in the series together and he ended up buying me a steelbook copy of Tales of Symphonia Remastered with the plans of us playing together sometime.
Im now staring at this copy of Tales of Symphonia and can’t bring myself to pop it in my Switch and play. How do I make this my own? I want to find a way to enjoy this game without feeling that sting from the loss of a friendship.
