I built a daily planner that helps turn recurring activities into structured plans in minutes.

I started building Rise because I realized most of my life wasn’t really made of tasks.

It was recurring things:
workouts, deep work, learning, personal projects, creative time, recovery, routines.

And every day I kept rebuilding the same plan from scratch.

Most planning apps felt too task-heavy for the way I actually live and work. They were great for managing todos, but not for balancing multiple long-term goals at the same time.

I wanted something that helped me structure my days around recurring activities instead.

So in Rise, you define the things that matter once — give them duration, frequency, and rhythm — and then each day you build a realistic plan around your actual calendar, priorities, and available time.

One thing that became really important to me while building it was seeing where my time actually goes across the week.

Because sometimes you think you’re prioritizing something, but your time distribution tells a different story.

Rise also helped me stop thinking about goals as isolated tasks and start thinking about them as projects competing for the same limited time.

It’s not a habit tracker.
It’s not really a traditional task manager either.

It’s more like a flexible planning system for structuring everyday life without making it rigid.

Currently available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac with iCloud sync.

Would genuinely love to hear what you think about the idea.
