I had been thinking of trading in my 23 HD Heritage for a while. The Heritage was purchased after getting rid of a 21 Pan America right before the warranty expired. I really enjoyed the Pan Am, but mine had most of the first model year gremlins. Having all the bells and whistles, along with more power and weight than I needed, was nice but i didn't think I needed to go back to the flagship bikes. I was torn between the Tiger 900 and the BMW f800 gs. Yesterday, I was able to take a test ride on the Tiger 900 GT Pro, and it came home with me. I think I would have been disappointed with the power available from the f800. Smiled the whole ride home.
