2017 Giulia QV fuel pump issue [P00C6]

I recently got a 2017 Giulia QV with ~5k miles (had ~2k miles when I purchased it) that I daily drive for work. A month ago, while driving within the city, the car suddenly stalled and came to a stop with the lights and speakers running. I was able to start the car by jumpstarting it after 10 minutes and drive back home. The local alfa dealer identified that its due to the fuel pump having low pressure. The wait times for the new fuel pump module was 3 weeks and until then, I have been driving the car daily. Then just a few days before my appointment, the car came to a stop while driving, this time just outside my home! When I checked the error code (I had gotten an OBD2 reader after the first time), it was P00C6 which seemed to be related to low fuel pressure.
While jump starting did not work this time, I was eventually able to start the car after 30 minutes. I will note that both these times, the car had ~1/4 tank of gas. The dealer mentioned that while there is still no fix for this issue, they will be replacing the fuel pump with a new one.

I wanted to know if there is still the risk of this happening after the replacement and are there any ways of preventing this from happening in the future? Also, when is alfa expected to come up with a fix for this?
