Hi, 25M and had my first root canal last tuesday on my very last molar bottom left. The temporary crown i received has fallen out 3 times and I keep going back to get it re-attached. Most recently, this morning they stated that my saliva glands work too much and there is too much saliva to keep the temporary crown on( the dentist said if they used more temp cement, that it probably would have fallen off later today anyway). I am now concerned that this will lead to issues when I get my permanent crown on. My appointment is this Thirsday and the doctor said to go without the temp crown until then. Will the different type of adhesive work on me if the temp cement doesnt work at all? I am a little concerned.
