I see Nancy pushing Sales, Rentention and something else but what about Employee Rentention 🤔 Geico use to be if you didn't work in sales they would transfer you to service etc it's like they are numb and it's totally away from the Family environment years ago people with 20-30 loyal years let go like its nothing.

Plus it's not incentive for sales Rentention yal took away profit sharing and hit us with " we'll atleast you have a job" while executives are getting millions in salary

Notice the focus isn't Employee Rentention ?

For Service they need to re-train everyone who was trained in the todd era the training has been entirely to quick Geico use to be the Chic Fila of Car Insurance now they hiring kids fresh out of high school who don't have service experience. We use to be train with precision like the military

Rention. The same new people they hire transfer for referrals is sooooooo horrible that its giving a bad taste to existing customers. Plus they are taking 45-1 hours on a call before they even transfer to referring dept.

Lastly bring back profit sharing the ultimate driving of results instead of nothing for the hardest works and executives getting big bonuses etc

G had 200+ jobs but no jobs for people in the trenches doing headset work. So many Director, Analyst, Lawyer, Marketing etc they dont give agents the tools to move up they rather hire LDP and have them take the good jobs. Tony himself moved up from the mail room people who have been there 20 and 30 years that will Rott on the phone.

There use to Career Counselors and forums where people people could take people under their wing etc

If you are a phone agent there are no jobs to post for. Everything is Director, Manager, Supervisor, Analyst Lawyer etc. And phone agents aren't set to get guidance to be able to move to those higher positions
