Does anyone know how to use the different korean soy sauces? There's yangjo soy sauce, jin soy sauce, and gook soy sauce? I don't know how to use these in my dishes properly.

I tried cooking a soup with yangjo soy sauce and it tasted really off and I don't know if it's because I was supposed to use something else for soups?
