I really need to wash my hair daily because of allergies from pollen, dander, etc. What do you suggest I use that's gentle enough for daily? I'd prefer suggestions that can be found at the grocery store (Target, Walmart). Thanks!

Disclaimer: I know I shouldn't wash daily because of hair health, but if I don't for at least the spring and summer months, I'll suffer. It's just something I have to do for my health and sanity.
