Anyone Got Philippines E-Visa as a Freelancer?
Hi everyone,
I applied for a Philippines tourist e-visa recently.
After submitting the application, they asked me to provide an employment letter and resubmit the application.
The thing is, I work as a freelancer on an online platform, so I’m not technically an employee.
The platform only provides a verification letter stating that I work as an independent contractor and I am not an employee of Upwork and future earnings are not guaranteed.
It also shows my earnings and includes the platform’s signature and official details.
Has anyone here faced a similar situation?
Did they accept a freelancer/independent contractor letter instead of a normal employment letter?
Would appreciate any advice or experiences. Thanks!
