Hi everyone, I’m looking for honest constructive criticism on my new YouTube channel.

My channel is called Blacksite Archive. It is a fictional horror channel about classified government files, analog horror, AI horror, strange experiments, and creepy narrated case files.

I’m still new and trying to improve, so I’d really appreciate feedback on:

• Are the titles clickable?
• Do the thumbnails make you want to watch?
• Does the channel idea make sense?
• Is the branding clear?
• Does the video description look professional?
• What would make you click away?
• What should I fix first?

I’m not asking for subscribers or fake views. I’m mainly looking for honest feedback so I can make the channel better.
