For the last week or so I’ve been having what I assume are hot flashes but not like I’ve had them before. Pre-hysterectomy (ovaries retained) I would wake in a full blown sweat soaked through everything.

But now, I just get home. And not like a flushed hot. Or I feel sweaty or heart racing. Just hot and I have to have nothing on. Then about 5-10 mins later (maybe?) I get cold and need blankets again.

I know everyone has different hot flashes but does this seem like one? I feel fine otherwise (aka not sick that I’m aware of).
