CAT Exam and GYM Delimaa

I have been prepping for the CAT exam since Feb (seriously, from August, I guess), getting scores like 70-75, as I had a full-time job, and I seriously doubt myself, thus I started early - to see where it goes.

I have not been going to the gym, thinking it will be way too much, as my sleep schedule will be wrecked - had no energy.

I am taking a month off from my work for CAT preparation

But apart from the main thing that I do, I get extremely into my side things (which, if I join back, will be the gym)

Note that I competed in powerlifting professionally and liked it, but the field has no money

Do you think it's a good idea to join - or will I get distracted?
