SR is real, very real. It’s not placebo. It’s a powerful practice, reserved for the chosen few that have the discipline and the strength to endure the challenges it brings, and the capacity to wield the extreme power it gives.

The deeper meaning of the practice goes far beyond physical retention.
It is about conserving your life force.
Protecting your energy.
Preserving your Ojas.
Ojas is our life force and can be drained in many ways. The biggest drain is through dopamine spikes - masturbation, sex, edging and seeking validation from women.
Most people are dopamine junkies so as a retainer you stand apart, you’re going against the grain. Dopamine stimulation is essential to live an enjoyable life, but an excess of it will deplete us of the enriching, pure, limitless source energy. Real DIVINE energy that hits hard and is limitless. If you’ve retained for a while you’ll have had a taste of it.
To channel the divine source energy an overflowing of Ojas is required. Conserve and protect it at all costs, when the Ojas increases so will opportunity, especially with women as it’s like a drug to them. Be careful who you give it to in today’s society people are desperate for pure energy, it’s a rare commodity, it’s priceless.
This journey is unique to every man, and remember your still human, so if you mess up and relapse don’t worry just get back on the horse, it’s all part of the process and beating yourself up will slow it down. Lust cannot be transcended through sheer willpower alone. But the moment you truly want to be free from it, Grace steps in and you will ascend into your highest self.
Your life will change on this practice, you’ll be amazed how much time and energy lusting takes up. You will come to find most of what you do is to get women, it’s crazy when you’re conscious of it. As I’m writing this I’m not completely free of lust, but I work on it daily and the difference in my life is massive and incredibly freeing being aware of it.
This doesn’t mean never to have sex again. In a deep relationship with love she will return the energy. Personally, sex without release is the only way unless it’s to have a child.
If you’re on this journey you should feel great about yourself, as you have leadership and greatness instilled in you. The point of SR is to reveal this. And when you transcend your vices and the Ojas is overflowing, you will be revealed.
Most men can’t and won’t practice this discipline long term - most aren’t cut out for it. You are.
You will have to face yourself on this journey. Your darkest memories that have been buried deep WILL come up, and you have to sit in the pain to dissolve them. This purification process is tough - so buckle up and hold on!
As you go deeper, you’ll lose yourself as your identity dissolves it’ll feel like you’re in no man’s land. This process repeats itself over and over as it purifies you.
Friends will fall off, fake ones intimidated by you and you’ll be thrown into extreme isolation. But persevere king, you will rise up and be rewarded.
