I’m trying to follow the uptodate Abby Yung 2.0 method and I’m confused by what shampoo to use everyday. I understand clarifying shampoo is needed 1x week but what would I use for my regular showers? I have pretty oily hair and I shower every two days. Thank you in advance🤗
