Hey!! I just got my date for MEPS for NCP and i’m super nervous. what exactly should i expect? all i really heard from my recruiter is that it’s an in depth physical pretty much. any insight is appreciated!

i’m just curious what the physical requirements are. i had a hard time finding specifics, but im quite out of shape and have been meaning to get better. i saw this opportunity and it seems really interesting, so just looking for thoughts. thanks!!
