Hello everyone, I need assistance fixing my printer. It has been a struggle ever since I updated it because it no longer accepts the cartridge. I’m trying to downgrade the firmware, but I’m having trouble because my computer only has USB-C ports. I’m also struggling to put the printer into recovery mode. If anyone could give me tips on how to get started, that would be greatly appreciated.
