Losing signal constantly, "Not registered on network (13)" error. Tried everything!
Hey everyone, I've been a Visible customer for 2 years now and recently lost almost all network service.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Korean model, SM-S908N) and nothing has worked so far. Here's everything I've tried:
Removed and reinserted SIM multiple times
Tried my Visible SIM in another phone — no signal
Tried a different SIM in my phone — no signal
Reset network settings
Manually set APN to VSBLINTERNET
Ordered a brand new SIM card from Visible — still no service
Upgraded my plan — still no service
Contacted Visible customer service twice — no resolution
Checked my account on visible.com — shows as Active
Outdoors, the signal comes and goes randomly. Once I lose signal, it won't come back until I restart the phone. When it drops, I get the error: "Not registered on network (13)"
Indoors there's no signal at all, anywhere I go.
The phone briefly shows 2 bars when it boots up but then drops to nothing. I'm thinking it might be a compatibility issue between the Korean Galaxy model and Visible's network, but It has been working perfectly fine for 2 years until now.
Has anyone dealt with this or found a fix? Really appreciate any help!
