Hi everyone! I had left sided reduction and mastopexy for breast asymmetry 15 days ago now. I got all my dressings and tapes removed yesterday and now have no dressings on and no follow up planned for 6 months as my surgeon was happy with my incisions (obviously he said any concerns in meantime to contact the clinic). My recovery went pretty smooth I was out for a walk the next day after surgery and have been managing pretty well but now I am honestly petrified of doing anything I just feel so exposed without the dressings and feel I’m constantly checking my incisions. Just wondering if this is a normal experience for anyone else and if significant complications are common after 2 weeks. Thank you 😊
