I'm finally getting to read the novels after putting it off for a long time, and while it is very obvious that both the Old Gods and R'hllor are very much real, are there any hard instances of the seven being real? The only instance I've seen so far is the first Davos chapter in A Storm of Swords where the mother seemingly talks to him, however he is starving, sick, dehydrated and heatstroke. Are there any other instances in any of the books where any of the seven new gods make themselves known to any character?
