Can this lighter be refilled?
I found this in my father-in-law’s things (he passed about ten years ago). It appears to be a promotional item branded for Juki. I’m not sure if this was meant to be refilled or not. I can’t find any obvious way to do so. Is anyone familiar with this type of lighter?
