Are these worth keeping?

I've been keeping the items from Ezra's Relic Runs. I have items from the fall, winter, spring, etc and this is my first year playing the game. Do the same items come back at the same time every year? Or do they change? Are these worth keeping after the event is over or are they just taking up space?

Wearing glasses low on nose

Does it bother anyone else when a patient is trying on frames and they always put them very low on their nose? I mean so low that their pupils are at the very top of the lens, basically looking over the top of the frame. I see it more with younger patients (13-mid 20s). I get that some people see glasses as fashion but they are first and foremost for FUNCTION. I explain to the patient that it's best to have their eyes centered, even when it comes to SV, but some just want to be cute about it and don't care. Anyone else annoyed by this?

Best toys for a single cat household

I just moved into my own apartment with my cat. She's almost 11 years old and has never really liked having siblings. My old roommate had a cat and they wouldn't act like normal siblings. They didn't fight but my cat didn't like to play with her or really be near her. However, I could tell that she just liked the presence of another cat in the house. Now that I'm in my own apartment, my cat has been very whiny. I play with her when I'm home but I can tell she's bored when I'm at work, I work a regular Monday-Friday 9-5 job. I have a few basic cat toys like a catnip ball, a feather on a stick, and a cat tree but I'm looking for something that can entertain her. Even though she's older she's very agile and has a good amount of energy. You would think she's much younger by the way she acts. What are good toys that can keep her occupied while I'm at work?
