Old walmart I worked at years ago is still screwing me over
Little backstory here, I worked as a DM at a supercenter all the way back in 2019, and when I was there I went on a military leave of absence. After I talked with my personnel coordinator about the LOA my assistant manager and store manager at the time actively tried firing me so they wouldn't have to pay the MLOA differential (2 BS coachings in a week, one of which said that overnights left a cart of live freight on a cart that I just put in the bins, even though it was a cart of overstock that I worked the previous day that one of my associates was supposed to bin but that obviously didn't happen).
Anyways, I ended up going on the LOA before they managed to fire me, and then while I was in basic training they ended up terminating me anyways. I called and talked to the personnel manager after I found out between the time I was going from basic to AIT and they said that I was terminated because they tried contacting me about my LOA but I didn't answer them (as if we had our phones in basic LOL). After I told them I would pursue wrongful termination they ended up basically rehiring me again.
He comes the problem though, because when I was wrongfully terminated, all my walmart login stuff was reset, and I no longer have access to one.walmart. When I got put back on LOA I didn't talk to Sedgwick or anything, it was all done through personnel. I've tried calling personnel and the store itself 30+ times to no avail. I can't go into the store itself since I now live across the country and was just trying to transfer to a store in a different state. Because I'm still in the system I can only apply internally, which I can't access. So I'm more or less soft terminated because I can't even access anything on one.walmart since I can't log in.
