Funnyplaying IPS V2 Install Instructions and shell choices

So I found a few of the Funnyplaying IPS V2 kits from a few years back that I bought but never installed. Now I can't find install instructions that I know for sure are for that specific kit. Even on Funnyplaying's own site, the pages for those older kits are just gone. (I guess I could use the video from Macho Nacho productions if all else fails.)

And just as distressing, I can't seem to figure out which shells to buy. The closest I've found are these ones: https://handheldlegend.com/products/agb-ips-ita-3-0-custom-shell-funnyplaying

But they only mention the "new" IPS / ITA / 3.0 .

So will they work with the V2?

Any help would be appreciated.

What's the state of Hispeedido now?

So I've seen that Hispeedido got knocked off of AE for a bit? But now they're back, it seems?

Have they already launched their logo-less shells? And was it just their shells that got hit? Do the IPS kits with their attached lenses (like the DMG styled one for GBA) still have those logos? Or are those gone, too?

Do the Funnyplaying shells still have logos? (I haven't bought any new shells in ages, but I have several Gameboys of various types I need to mod, and if those logo shells and displays are disappearing, I need to get on with the buying?

Also, what are people recommending these days? The Hispeedido V5? Or something else?
