I feel that too many people people who ship these two just don’t get how their dynamic work and get Loid’s character completely wrong and I have to admit, it’s getting increasingly aggravating.

Several people keep asking why Loid isn’t suspicious of Yor every time she demonstrates her strength or hits him and people keep claiming that he’s either too stupid, blinded by love, or a combination of both in that he’s a “simp” for her. People are claiming that Loid is head over heels or obsessed with Yor when it’s not the case.

I’m getting tired of these claims as it’s causing a mischaracterization. We see Loid investigating her after discovering that Yuri is a SSS officer and stated that he and Yor don’t pry in each other’s lives to maintain their respective covers. I don’t know why people keep claiming that he’s stupid with Yor just because we already know that she’s an assassin. Being strong doesn’t instantly strikes you out an assassin. Did everyone forget about Bill Watkins?

Finally, I believe that Loid’s feelings for Yor is heavily exaggerate. Make no mistake, he is definitely is becoming more comfortable and fond of her but not to an insane degree and it’s not just her but the family as a whole. It’s called Spy X FAMILY.

I know people are about to claim that it’s just a joke but there are so many characters in this show that are also rightfully defended from common misinterpretations of their character, joke or not, such as Anya’s performance in school. It’s only fair that Loid receives the same treatment.

Learning from the best!

Shopkeeper really isn’t that popular with the community, with most of them voting him at C or D rank usually due to his lack of screentime and creepy vibes. To C he goes so he can give poor Fiona company. Maybe another lesser known character could help in the form of Martha, Becky’s butler. Where would you rank her?

Despite her brief appearance, a lot people believe that Chloe should be in B with a few suggesting A. Not sure why but it’s how the community feels. Next we have Yor’s boss, the Shopkeeper. I’m going to be honest, I get an unsettling vibe with this one but where would you rank him in?

Bazooka Bill (used the wrong nickname in the last part) is in B! Triple B! Now we have a character that a lot of people seems already interested in despite not appearing all that much. It’s Chloe from the SSS. I guess anyone hitting Yuri on the head (despite just waking up from a beatdown) is going to award you with bonus points. Where would rank her?

People take a liking to Damian’s mom real quick. Astonishing. Let’s see if this boy can do the same. A REALLY big boy, that is. Where would you rank Bill “Cannonball” Watkins and why?

Turns out not a lot of people remember Matthew. Didn’t stop the community from at least ranking him in B overall. Perhaps the next character will be one more people are familiar with, Melinda Desmond. Wife of Donovan and mother to Damian, how would you rank this admittedly unusual lady?

Nightfall has even more unfavorable ranks than Yuri, putting her at C rank. Poor girl but hey….it’s still better than D and it probably doesn’t matter to her as long Twilight appreciates her work. Anyway, from Twilight’s fellow spy, we get Yor’s fellow assassin, Matthew McMahon. He may be old but he still got it. Where would you rank this elderly killer at?

The elegant Henry is in S rank and it is undisputed! The elegant master monocle really won the audience over! Next up it’s a fellow capable agent from WISE and Twilight’s former student, Nightfall. Oh boy, another interesting one. Wearing a poker face that rarely break, where would you rank Twilight’s secret admirer?

Wow…..Yuri is all over the place! Lots of people would rank him B or C. And there are quite a few who put him in D too. His obsession with Yor really turn off a lot of people. In the end, Yor’s little bro is B but only by a hair. Now, we move on to a highly dignified man from Eden Academy, Henry Henderson. Where would you rank this elegant housemaster?

It was close in the last part as there was a fair amount of people who would rank Damian either S or A but overall, the “syon son“ manages to get more vouches for S thanks to his development. In this part, we are now determining where to rank the spoiled sweet Becky Blackbell. Where would you rank this loaded little girl and why?

In the previous part, I asked where would you guys would rank Franky and the large majority would have in A, due to being a great information broker, pseudo-uncle and “friend”. Now it’s the son of Twilight’s main target turn, Damian Desmond. Ambitious to live up to the family name, where would you rank Anya’s fellow classmate and why?

The votes are unanimous in part 1 with the best spy in the west. Most of the community would have him in S rank with the common reason being his complex and cool demeanor and how funny and heartwarming his stressed and soft side with the fake family is. Initially, part two was about Anya but as soon as I posted it, alot users seem to have the common opinion of all the Forgers being S rank in that post. So I’ll just place the beloved fake family in S rank and skip to the supporting cast, starting with Franky, the informant and inventor. Where would you rank the shaggy information broker?

That’s not all but check out the name! I know it’s just a coincidence but shares the same name with Agent Twilight!

I feel that nowadays, the shonen media is oversaturated with heroic characters. I think it’s refreshing that we get a more hardened and underhanded protagonist. Even though people keep rigging on him on his slow development, his methods on his family, or his inability to recognize his limitations or fondness for the family, I think it adds layers to his character and reminds people that everyone approaches a situation differently and him coming around will undoubtedly be the most momentous event in the show will make a great retrospective. Plus, unlike most instances where protagonists are unaware of the people who like him for the sake of it, it’s actually justified on Twilight’s part since not only that he’s supposed to get people to like him as an undercover spy but he’s a former war veteran who lost himself afterward.
