Here are some more clips of the engine, the sound is there when the car is cold and warm, gets faster as rpm increases and does not go away over 2k

2018 Audi S5 65k miles. Does anyone know if this is rocker arm failure? If it is, does anyone have any recommended shops to perform the repair? (Ideally south UK)
