I'm considering applying for this uni for the psychological sciences programme and i know that i have to give the eng-psysch test but im sort of clueless about it. Google tells me what subjects/topics will come but i couldnt find any resources from where i can practice and study, so i could really use some help. Also, how long before i should start seriously preparing for it. I could really use some help thanks!

P.S I am a non-EU student if that's relevant to anyone

So it's about that time where my teachers are telling me to write a draft for my English IO and I have Eng Lang & Lit if that's necessary to know as well but the thing is I know nothing about an IO😭 I could really use some help regarding what it is, how should I write it, any resources that would help me like yt videos or wtv, I have a list of poems that my teacher gave me among which I need to choose one but I dont even know where to begin or anything so yeah any help would be appreciated:)
