Still working on improving my heart rate by exercising within my zone 2 range.
What can I do to lower my heart rate during rucks/runs? Normally when I do long or easy runs without my ruck, my body feels somewhat okay, but my heart rate goes through the roof.
Is this a good performance metric?
Can’t inflate the air mattress because I don’t have a pump
