I’m 35 and finally going to the gynecologist after probably 16 years, and honestly I’m super nervous. This may sound silly, but I’m wondering about grooming before the appointment. I’m not someone who fully shaves bald I usually just keep things trimmed because that’s what I’m comfortable with. Should I shave before the appointment, or is it completely okay to just go trimmed like normal? I know gynecologists probably see everything, but my anxiety is definitely overthinking this.
