my work/study stack

Any extra tips or opinions on my stack. I’m not super endowed but i have experimented with a lot of things.

I was recently diagnosed ADHD subtype with moderate levels depression and anxiety, these are what i am currently taking to support improvement from adhd and ocd

Ancillaries and supplements
Zinc 10mg
Omega 3
Creatine 5g
Magnesium Biglycinate
Socializing
Working out 3x a week
jogging

Workdays (4-5x till friday max)
- Vyvanse 30mg (current dose)
- Caffeine Energy drink (180mg max dose here in canada)
- L theanine 500-750mg spread out through the day
- Plan to add selank (intranasal) to help mental clarity and less ocd/looping
- Cialis (2.5mg)
- Citrulline
- Nicotine (Controlled)
- Mangesium L threonate (shld i ?)

Off-days: (Sat-Sun)
- No vyvanse
- Caffeine maybe 2 energy drinks at most throughout the day
- Nic pouches
- Selank spray

i’m also looking into what to take to replace adhd stimulants when i do eventually get off them or when i want to take months of breaks from it I heard semax, adamax, adalank, bromantane, noopept, cerobrolysin, tak etc

not much knowledge into that
