CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
OS: Win 11 25H2 build 10.0.26200
Monitor: Samsung Odyssey G70NC

Suddenly, last week, my monitor has been displaying artifact at refresh rates >60Hz. The monitor is a 144Hz monitor and I've had no issues for the 1.5 years I've had it. No recent hardware or software changes were made.

Troubleshooting steps I've tried (and anything I can think of):

• DDU graphics driver removal and reinstall (following instructions on guru3d)
• Swapping display cables (Issue originally with DP, also tried HDMI, but that has a different issue where instead of artifact the whole display cuts to black intermittently).
• VRR & G-Sync are both disabled, issue still persists
• Issue persists on different machines and in different OS's (why i believe it's the monitor)
• artifact is NOT visible in screenshots or screen recordings (attached is phone recording)
• GPU not overheating
• Issue dissapears when setting refresh rate to 60Hz in windows settings, but still visible in games even when limiting framerate to 60.

EDIT: Also noticed enabling HDR makes the issue significantly worse and is noticeable regardless of the refresh rate.
