Sorry for a long video! Do you think it's harmful to have mirrors in the room with a pigeon? He was rescued three months ago, lived his whole life outside with other pigeons. I read that having mirrors in the room prevents pigeon from bonding with humans, but I don't think this guy even wants to bond with me xD he either slaps me or runs away. Could having these "friends" help him not feel lonely? Or could it be harmful to him somehow? Thank you!

he also has a... "girlfriend" in a form of a slipper. Could that be harmful to him? He's eating and drinking okay, I didn't notice anything abnormal about his behaviour since he fell in love with the slipper x))

His throat trembles and his beak is opened... he acts like a suffering bird but mind you he has shade and water a meter away from him! He chooses to be like this! Why!!

I'll post the videos of him cooing in the coments! Back when I first let him in this room he'd coo and peck the door and the trash bin, but now over the days they must have grown on him and he preens in front of the door XD

He loves this curtain XD he likes to press to it and coo, almost like he's defending it? This guy is a real warrior, I have a feeling this sound is teritorrial behavior? He sometimes makes another sound too, whenever i raise a hand above him he makes a "coo coo coo coo" sound, makes himself look big and sometimes even tries to bite me or hit me with a wing!

I brought him home after I saw him walking in circles outside, fed him vitamins, pills the vet prescribed but after two months he's still sick I'm afraid... though much better than before! I thought since it seems like he's staying for a while I might learn his calls and behavior better :)
