How to get your score up?
My score just went down to standard which I’ve never been dropped down until rn. I feel I’m always finding everything or doing replacements always. VERY rare I have to give refunds since the customer insist and asks for it after recommending many things to not refund. How are people bypassing this? I heard some shoppers are force marking items to not mess up their shopping quality… but how is the customer gonna get that refund & can’t you get in trouble for that?
