A few weeks ago I made a post here about the problems buyers face in Chembur and honestly wasn’t expecting the response it got.

That post → 50+ DMs → tons of conversations → and a big realisation.

Most people don’t lack intent to buy. They lack clear, honest local information.

The same questions kept repeating: • Which projects are actually good?

• Which ones are overpriced?

• Is this good for self-use or investment?

• What will age well in 10 years?

• Where is the negotiation scope?

I realised I was answering the same things individually in DMs.

So I finally did what many of you told me to do — I started making short video breakdowns of Chembur projects.
