I'm from thane and not much familiar with the chembur Area besides diamond garden and rk studios. So please help.

I'm looking to purchase a 2bhk in chembur. Please suggest any specific areas to consider or avoid. I was looking at shell colony but have dropped the idea now.

Budget: 2cr all inclusive price, including stamp duty, registration, brokerage, parking etc.

Requirement 2bhk, ready to move in or 90% constructed building aka nearing completion.

Resale or new construction is fine. Resale will be considered if the building age is upto 5 years. Will not consider old/ really old buildings.

Area requirement min of 650 sq ft.

Please help with your recommendations.

Hie all I am lookimg for a female friendly gym. I have never been to one before, also for context im lean naturally but want to build muscles, stronger core and be fit in general and not for fat loss or weight loss. I am not sure how things work like do I really need a trainer considering i have zero knowledge of dos and donts, correct form etc or can i manage by referring to youtube.
