I made this when the update first dropped. I sucked at making corvettes. Still I got a close as I could to a metal gear.

Good music is global. This track right here remind me of the old grinding days on the south side of Chicago when we were piecing together studio equipment and making tracks constantly. From what ever we could get our hands on. Definitely got a grind mode vibe. Cups in the air to the producer.

Seven brothers from the south side of Chicago. Second generation musicians. Building the third.

We’ve been around our Gorillaz family, this music, these worlds, and this energy for a long time — and what’s happening right now feels like one of those moments.

This new album isn’t just a collection of songs… it’s a full experience.

When/where did you first see us?

Hypnotic Brass Ensemble rocking Sala Wolf in Barcelona with the big bro Yasiin Bey. Last time we did something like this was 20 years ago at the Lions Den in NYC. He blessed our show with a legendary appearance. It’s was a memorable night. Epic.
