Fairly new to the game so bear with me but I found this during the expedition. Is there a way to keep it? If there is how do I do that?
So I was doing a swarm mission, doing my bit for the weavers in the construction of the prismatic core. It was soon after this mission opened up and at the swarm wreckage location it was really busy with lots of people flying all around. I exited my aircraft and all of a sudden someone started shooting at me. I mean, they killed me in like three or four seconds. I was shocked. I had not actually died in months. So I go through the process to re-spawn, and they did it again before I even had a chance to find my grave! So I lost two months worth of inventory that I had worked hard to accumulate. This is the first time I've ever been mugged on No Man's Sky.
Does This happen a lot? Why do they do it? Do they steal your inventory that way? What weapon did they use to kill me so quickly! I have a pretty strong shield system.
The DN66 is apart of APF’s Combat and Security branch of custom vessels. This is a large heavily armed and armored 6-8 crew Patrol/Strike vessel that has 2 large rest areas for the crew, 2 three man cabins & 1 offshoot captains cabin, a large cargo hold, 3 engine powered furnaces, as well as an 2 onboard mission terminal.
This one took a lot of inspiration from another build that was posted on here on may 4th (if I can find the post I’ll link it). I made some changes to the design and am really happy with how it turned out. I have been working on this build for several months and this it’s now fully finalized.

Been wanting to give random people at the space anomaly useful stuff just because, but also want it to be something genuinely useful that wont just disappear into the void of their hoard or cost me a fortune to give out. So what should I give people that is useful, not basic and doesn’t cost me a fortune? Been thinking about giving out carrier AI fragments because I already have enough sentinel interceptors, but it takes a while to stock up on them.
Beautiful lush planet with golden grass, blue skies, scattered islands with lakes, and calm weather most of the time. Rich flora and abundant fauna, low Sentinel activity, and only occasional storms.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to build, feel free to settle here. Plenty of room for community bases on the many islands. Coordinates are in the screenshots.

What is this item? Should i keep it or sell it to terminal what should i do with these **** year old items?
I was making good progress on the expedition until I was able to fly and I just went on auto pilot and went straight to the space station and now I can’t find the shadow above thing. Any help would be appreciated it’s not on any map, scanner, anything.
Wanted to share this. I can’t take credit for the layout but this is the optimal hyperdrive layout for a freighter. The upgrades are from an attached post so you can go farm them yourself. They are perfect s class 250 light year ones. I’ll explain each row of the hyperdrive. Also none of my hyperdrive upgrades are supercharged so you can get more out of it if you want to.

Empty/Temp Warp CPU/SClass/Chromatic Warp
(The empty one is the Singularity Engine but it does nothing for synergy so if you don’t have it no problem).
